Breakfast – Shraddha Kapoor’s favorite meal of the day is breakfast. She includes protein-rich foods like Poha, Upma, Sabudana Khichdi, Dalia, Idli, and Dosa with Coconut Chutney and Sambar in her breakfast.

Lunch – Shraddha prefers simple home-cooked meals. For lunch, she usually consumes green Vegetables, Dal with Rice or Chapati. Her favorite vegetable is ‘Bhindi’.

Dinner – She likes to have her dinner early for good digestion and her dinner happens between 6:30 and 7:30. If she feels hungry post-dinner, she opts for a small snack or some soup.

She always makes sure to remove all traces of makeup before going to bed. She removes her makeup with camomile butter as it is easy to remove all the makeup and softens the skin.
