Stunning actress Kiara Advani who always tries to keep herself healthy and fit, spoke about her diet and fitness secret to stay in shape. Kiara likes to believe herself as a ‘blessed soul’ yet she loves to maintain her fitness.
Kiara Advani Diet Plan –
Kiara Advani’s morning ritual starts with drinking a glass of lukewarm water with a few drops of lemon in it. She thinks, it is the best thing to detoxify the body and it also helps in boosting the overall immunity.
Kiara’s go-to breakfast is to have oats with some fruits. She likes to add fresh seasonal fruits like apples, blueberries, strawberries, and sometimes oranges to her breakfast bowl. She keeps it light but puts in a lot of fiber and carbs so that she can get the energy for her workouts.
The actress said, her favorite meal of the day is her pre-workout snack which is apple slices with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter that she usually eats around 4 pm and she waits for the time as it is the best pre-workout snack for her.
talking about her lunch, she mentioned that she is a complete home foodie and prefers simple homemade foods. She loves to pair up Nachni Roti with Dal, Sabzi, and even a paneer-based dish. She makes sure that she consumes at least 2 types of vegetables during the day.
For dinner, she tries to eat fish at night because she loves Salmon. If not, her dinner goes almost the same as her lunch. She avoids excessive salt and oil in her foods and sodium is a complete ‘NO’ in her diet. To add some flavor to her meals, she puts lemon in everything she eats.
Kiara’s favorite dessert is dark chocolate but since sugar is out of her diet, she prefers to have some sugar-free dark chocolates when she’s craving something dessert. Kiara strongly believes in portion control of her diet. According to her, maintaining the quantity of whatever she consumes is very important.

Actress Kiara Advani does workout on a regular basis to strengthen her body and stay fit. She ensures that her body is involved in some kind of physical activity once a day be it gymming, yoga, walking, boxing, and even dancing. She is extremely consistent with her workout routines.
She revealed that her fitness routine includes a mixture of interval and functional training. Apart from that, she likes to do kicking and punching to burn her calories. She also loves to walk because walking is very beneficial for fitness and strengthens her bones and muscles.
