While telling her weight loss secret, Shehnaaz Gill informed that she starts her day by drinking a glass of warm water mixed with turmeric and apple cider vinegar. Then she drinks green tea to keep herself healthy. She also included that she prefers a high-protein diet breakfast. She likes to eat sprouts, dosas, or fenugreek parathas for her breakfast. The actress said that it is very important to keep the body hydrated while following any diet. She suggested drinking a lot of water or coconut water to stay hydrated.

Shehnaaz Gill revealed how her will and a good diet helped her to lose weight. She eats ‘yellow daal’ with ‘roti’ to have her lunch and doesn’t allow herself to have not more than two rotis once a time. Her transformation includes a good diet as well as yoga.

For good digestion, it is recommended to eat dinner early and Shehnaaz also follows the same habit to have her dinner early. Her dinner meal is the same as her lunch but sometimes she skips having dinner. Talking about the workout, Shehnaaz opened up and told that she doesn’t work out at all. She focused 70% on her diet rather than focusing on the workouts.
