Sidhu Moose Wala, was an Indian singer, rapper, actor and politician associated with Punjabi music and Punjabi cinema. He started his career as a songwriter for the song “License” by Ninja, and began his singing career on a duet song titled “G Wagon”. Sidhu Musewala has a good fan following on Instagram. He is followed by more than 7 million users on Instagram.
Sidhu was assassinated on Sunday evening, May 27. According to reports, unidentified assailants suddenly fired around 30 rounds of AK-47 at Sidhu Musewala at Jawahar Village in Mansa district of Punjab. After which Sidhu got injured. Later he was admitted to a hospital in Manas district. The doctor declared him dead after the test.
A Canada-based gangster, identified as Goldy Brar, has claimed responsibility for the murder of 28-year-old Moosewala. Brar is close to the Lawrence Bishnoi-led gang in Punjab, sources added.Lawrence Bishnoi is a notorious crook. Presently he is in Ajmer jail of Rajasthan. He wrote in a Facebook post that ”Ram Ram Bhai Sabko… I and my brother Goldie Brar take responsibility for the murder of Sidhu Musewala today”.
